How to relax at home in Grasse with self-massages

1 Put your hands over your closed eyes to create total darkness.
Breathe quietly and deeper and deeper, to lower your heart rate, and then try to reduce the number of thoughts you are having.
Take between 5 to 10 breaths minimum.
2 Pinch the entire area of your eyebrows with your thumb and forefinger from the inside to the outside of the eyebrows.
Repeat over the same area at least 5 times.
3. Press with your thumbs at the root of the nose, just below the eyebrows.
Maintain pressure for at least 5 breaths.
4 Press your index finger on the point between your eyebrows and maintain the pressure for at least 5 breaths.
