Boost yourself with self-acupressure in Sophia Antipolis

According to traditional Chinese medicine, acupressure points help to rebalance the functioning of the body.

Pressure on these points will act on the circulation of energy in the meridians and have an effect on the associated organs.

Apply firm pressure with your thumb or a finger at the location of the indicated point until you feel a sensitivity.

You can then add a circular movement to this pressure on the point.

You can massage each point for 1 to 2 minutes depending on your feelings, i.e. you will stop when the point is no longer sensitive or at the latest, after 2 minutes.

There are many acupressure points on the body, but we only offer a few to make your practice quick to do.

3 of them are located at the level of the hand, the other 2 are located on the leg.

It is advisable to alternately massage a point on one side of the body then the same point on the other side.

Then you move on to the next point.

The entire massage should therefore last a maximum of 20 minutes.
