Eat properly and drink water.

Try to eat as healthy as you can. In fact it’s easy if you know those simple rules:

-No junk food, no processed food, less sugar and sweets,

-Try to eat less meat. Eat fish, fresh fruits and vegetables,

-Try to prepare your own food.

-Drink minimum 2 liters of mineral water per day.

-Avoid alcohol, coffee and all the juices from the store (it’s only sugar!)

Do sport.
