You can even apply them several times a day!

Sit on a straight chair with one foot positioned on the opposite knee.

Breathe slowly and deeply during the sequence.

1) The Adrenal Gland reflexology point

This point is found on the soles of both of your feet.

To locate this point, draw an imaginary line from the middle of the big toe to the heel of the foot.

Then press, slightly above the middle of the line.

Press into this point with the knuckle of your index finger or thumb for about 30 to 60 seconds and massage with rotation movements.

2) The Thyroid reflexology point

This point is found also on the sole of both feet.

It is located on an imaginary line that follows right below the ball of the foot.

To massage this line, use the knuckle of your index finger or your thumb.

Start right under the ball, just between the big toe and the second toe.

Press into this point and follow the curve around the ball, until you reach the inside edge of the foot.

Repeat for 15 to 20 strokes.

 

3) The Kidney reflexology point

This point is also found on the sole of each foot.

To locate this point, imagine a horizontal and vertical line dividing your foot into four quadrants.

The Kidney point is located slightly above the crossing of the lines.

To massage this point, press it with your thumb or knuckles.

If you feel extra-sensitive spots, press deeply and massage in small circles.

Massage for 30 to 60 seconds.
